Description:
We are celebrating 30 years (1983 – 2013) of service in this community under the theme : “We Have Come This Far By Faith.” As such, on June 15, 2013 we will be having a special program to launch our year long series of events. This is a special time for us and we are grateful to God for His leadings over these thirty years. It was not by might nor by power that we have reached this far but by the Spirit of the Almighty who smoothed the rough paths, parted the raging seas, calmed the roaring lions and stilled the quaking tyrannts.
Seventh-day Adventists accept the Bible as their only creed and hold certain fundamental beliefs to be the teaching of the Holy Scriptures. These beliefs, as set forth here, constitute the church’s understanding and expression of the teaching of Scripture. Revision of these statements may be expected at a General Conference session when the church is led by the Holy Spirit to a fuller understanding of Bible truth or finds better language in which to express the teachings of God’s Holy Word.
