*    Promote worship  of the one True God in a manner befitting of his majesty.

*    Declare the gospel of Jesus Christ to those who are  lost that they might repent, believe the Gospel, and become children of God thhrough faith in Christ.

*    Seek to help one another, as brethren in Christ, to grow spiritually and to work together in the tasks given by the Lord to His own.

*    Hold before the world the Sabbath of God, the Seventh day of the week (Saturday), as the particular day sanctified and made holy by God and given to His children as a day of rest and worship.

The Kingston Seventh Day Baptist Church was established in 1923 by Pastors C.A. Hanson & W.L. Burdick of the American SDB Missionaries at Hanover Street.  A year later it was relocated to 27 Charles Street, Kingston. The first Conference Session of the Jamaica Seventh Day Baptist Association was held in 1924.  Our local Conference is located at 29 Charles Street, Kingston and our Conference Centre and Camp Site is Maiden Hall, St. Mary.
