Description:
Little Thinkers Daycare and Kindergarten started operation in August, 2000, by the creative mind of Ms. Shereen Jacks in the city of Spanish Town, St Catherine.
The school started with only two (2) babies in the Nursery and two (2) staff members. It then grew to ten (10) students in the following term, and that was the official start of the blessing that God had for the community of Eltham Acres.
The goal of this institution is to bring about transformative learning that will inspire and empower students to become functional beings in society. With God at the head the school is able to accomplish this and more, especially in enhancing the spiritual development of our children.
Some of the services offered include but limited to:
Before-care
Aftercare
Daycare
Saturday-care
Nursery
Preschool
Kindergarten
Extra Lessons (including Saturdays) for children (ages 8-12)
Transportation
Extracurricular Activities
Guided and driven by these principles we were lead to open our second Daycare and Kindergarten on Beechwood Ave, in Kingston, on the property of the Jamaica Observer.
The leadership of the school is extremely passionate about helping our students strive towards high standards.
Ultimately, our children will be: empowered to take responsibility for their actions, inspired with courage to grow spiritually and intellectually, cultivated with curiosity, provided with opportunities to develop relationships and most importantly to determine right from wrong.
