CARIBBEAN INSTITUTE OF HOSPITALITY

Formally Jan’s School of Catering, we offer certifications which are available through NCTVET/ HEART Trust NTA and City and Guilds. Two or more certifications available under each programme and we are registered with the Ministry of Education. Our Day and Evening Classes are taught by industry-experienced instructors. We offer internal work experience so you have the opportunity to earn which you study throughout the training. We also offer work experience at hotels and other organisations in the industry and assistance with job placements locally, overseas and on cruise ships. Our graduates are ranked among the finest and most desirable to potential employers.
