Forde Andrew Leroy Dr (Dermatologist)

Dr. Andrew LeRoy Forde is a dermatologist based in Barbados with 19 years experience in his field. He practices general dermatology and has an interest in Aesthetic Dermatology. Dr. Forde graduated from the University of the West Indies (UWI) in 1988 with First Class Honours in Biology and Chemistry. In 1993 he completed his MB.,BS from the UWI and the Diploma in Dermatology from the University of London in 1997.  Dr. Forde became an International Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology in 2002 and is a former Commonwealth Scholarship recipient.

At present Dr. Forde is in private practice and still provides the government Polyclinic Dermatology Service he started in 1997. He is involved in the development of undergraduate and postgraduate students in the faculty of Medicine at the University of the West Indies as a lecturer in Dermatology.

Dr Forde is the official blogger of skindeepbarbadods.com and contributes to various online publications (The Bajan Sun and The Skin Guru) and Better Health Magazine. Dr Forde can be seen on Mornin’ Barbados “ Getting into your Skin” segment as the show’s resident Dermatologist.
