CONSUMER BRANDS COORDINATOR

Caribbean Chemicals Jamaica seeks to recruit a Consumer Brands Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the company’s consumer brand portfolio. The successful candidate will coordinate, develop and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies across several regions while conducting regular market research to identify trends and refine marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities & Functions:

• Develop brand plans and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Manage brand programmes and campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, agencies and distributors.
• Analyze sales and market data, consumer insights, pricing, distribution and market opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and monthly reports while supporting brand performance and profitability.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required:

• First Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis or equivalent field.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar position with decision-making capacity.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Experience in brand management, marketing, market analysis and business forecasting.
• Strong budget management and financial analysis.

• Strong research, analytical and forecasting skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
