At the Wellness Centre, our clinic utilises a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed model of reflective practice. Our clinicians come from various backgrounds, including Clinical Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Play Therapy, Behavioural Specialists and Mental Health Counselling.
Our team uses evidence-based interventions from a range of theoretical perspectives to support each client’s unique needs. Through collaboration with clients and their support systems, we recognise the value of relationships in the therapeutic experience. Our administrative team is ready to help you navigate the referral, intake, and insurance process with ease.
