Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with customers, carriers, and brokers.
• Handle customer inquiries and shipment issues.
• Process inbound, air, and ocean export shipments.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation.
• Monitor shipments and update CargoWise/Ops Log.
• Process billing, vendor payments, and duty collections.
• Create job orders and ensure customs compliance.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Broker’s License.
• Knowledge of AFR & OFR operations.
• Customs clearance and documentation experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
