WE ARE HIRING – SALES CLERK
Location: Kingston, Jamaica
We are recruiting a Sales Clerk on behalf of our client based in Kingston.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Admin, Sales, Customer Service or related field.
- Minimum three years’ experience working in sales, billing, customer service or related field.
- Experience working with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Input and process customer orders accurately into the system.
- Address customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales order transactions and customer information.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, route and delivery schedules and forecasts for management review.
- Work closely with logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment collection.
