System Administrator
Join Our Dynamic Team!
E&R Career & Creative Services is seeking a proactive, organized and service-oriented System Administrator to support the company’s day-to-day operations and help drive its continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM database, customer enquiries and lead assignments
- Update, clean and organize the database, automate email marketing and manage listing performance
- Create training materials and deliver user training to improve system use
- Support social-media content, marketing activities and a bi-monthly customer newsletter
- Manage the chatbox, PCS activity and follow up with active prospects
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations and performance reports for management
- Maintain effective communication with customers, property owners, contractors and realtors
- Oversee media and Zoom equipment and notify management of any major repairs
- Proactively identify opportunities for customer and company growth
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- At least two years of experience in systems administration and administrative support
- Knowledge of the real-estate industry
- Excellent organizational, time-management and database-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, email systems and troubleshooting
- Strong communication, leadership and customer-service skills
- Detail-oriented, accurate and able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
