We Are Looking for People Who:

• Are alert, observant and able to respond quickly and appropriately
• Have sound judgment, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
• Have a friendly, professional and hospitality-oriented personality
• Provide excellent guest relations while respecting company policies and protocols
• Can sit, stand and walk for extended periods as required by the position
• Are comfortable working in indoor, outdoor, pool, beach and guest areas
• Communicate effectively and work well with guests, colleagues and management
• Are dependable, well-groomed and professional in appearance

Position-Specific Requirements

Security & Loss Prevention
PSRA certification is an asset. Applicants currently attending recognized security training are encouraged to apply. Previous security or loss-prevention experience is an advantage.

Lifeguards
Current lifeguard certification is required. Strong swimming and water-safety skills, with the ability to remain attentive and respond promptly in an emergency.

Boat Captain
Valid captain’s licence/certification appropriate to the position, demonstrated boating experience and strong knowledge of marine safety procedures.

Beach Attendants
Friendly, approachable and service-oriented. Able to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming beach environment and work comfortably outdoors.
