SALES/COUNTER CLERK

VACANCY

As a Sales/Counter Clerk at Sugar & Spice, your responsibilities will include:

• Serving cakes, pastries, patties, beverages etc. to customers
• Taking cake, pastries, patty and other customer orders
• Preparing pastries for front-of-house presentation
• Assisting in sales functions
• Matching sales receipts/tickets with deposits
• Performing all other duties and functions as may be required from time to time

Handyman and Production Staff

VACANCY

As a Handyman/Production Staff at Sugar & Spice, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Washing trays, racks utensils and other production-related materials as necessary
• Making and preparing various ingredients for baking process
• Preparing pastry, cake and other doughs and batters for baking and storage
• Ensuring proper usage, measurement and transportation of raw ingredients
• Transporting products and ingredients to front-of-house store area, production area or storage area when needed
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting drivers with deliveries
• Performing all other duties and functions as may be required from time to time
