Position: SALES, MARKETING & CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Halfway Tree, Kingston, Jamaica
Help us connect with new customers, build strong relationships and grow our business!
Key Responsibilities
- Make outreach calls to potential customers and existing accounts.
- Introduce products to stores and customers, explain benefits and answer questions.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances and payment plans.
- Maintain consistent outreach and ensure all leads and accounts are properly managed.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Confidence and a great personality.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Organized, reliable and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service is an asset (not required).
