Restaurant Manager – Royalton Negril

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, consistent service delivery, effective team leadership, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Previous experience in an all-inclusive resort or luxury hotel environment would be an asset.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
