WE’RE HIRING – OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT COORDINATOR

Location: Kingston, Jamaica

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses.
• Monitor EHS compliance and safety standards.
• Prepare and analyze EHS KPIs and reports.
• Conduct safety training and employee inductions.
• Perform risk assessments, inspections and audits.
• Manage ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs.
• Oversee chemical safety, emergency response and waste management.

Requirements

• Industrial/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Internal Auditor Certification.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Knowledge of chemical products and hazardous materials.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Environmental Compliance: ISO 14001 – Environmental Management.
• Occupational Health & Safety: ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety Management.
• Logistics Operations: Maintaining safety standards in warehouse and logistics environments.
• Emergency Response: Ensuring workplace preparedness and safety.
• Risk Assessments & Inspections: Identifying hazards and implementing preventive measures.
• Cleaner Environments: Supporting sustainable operations and environmental protection.
