Locations: Kingston and Montego Bay

Redvolution LATAM is seeking dynamic and detail-oriented merchandisers to ensure strong product visibility, availability and execution in assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores and ensure products are displayed effectively.
• Keep shelves, displays and point-of-sale materials clean, stocked and current.
• Build positive relationships with store managers and staff.
• Report stock levels, competitor activity and store conditions using a mobile application.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using a mobile application to complete store visits and submit reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous merchandising experience is an asset.

Additional Advantages

• Own transportation and a valid driver’s licence are preferred but not mandatory.
• Must reside in or near Kingston or Montego Bay.
