Location: Montego Bay

Lead branch operations, supervise staff, support customer service excellence, and help grow the branch loan portfolio in a dynamic financial services environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a loan supervisor or in a similar role
• Knowledge of AML and KYC requirements
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• BSc in a related field or a strong loan analysis/review background
