Credentialing Specialist
Infinity Behavioral Health Services

- Location: Montego Bay, St. James
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Process provider credentialing and recredentialing applications
- Track applications and follow up with payers until approval
- Verify provider credentials and maintain accurate records
- Complete CAQH updates, attestations and NPI registrations
- Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
- Support client onboarding and resolve credentialing issues
Qualifications
- Five CSEC/CXC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics
- Experience in provider credentialing, healthcare administration or medical billing is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
