Cal’s Manufacturing Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Promotions Officer to support the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and capable of coordinating and supervising promotional events while ensuring strong brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities and marketing events.
• Prepare and submit detailed promotion plans, including objectives, staffing, materials, and timelines.
• Supervise promoters during activations to ensure professional conduct, proper setup, and effective customer engagement.
• Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and respond promptly to requests.
• Manage and track promotional materials, merchandise, and tools, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Complete post-event reports, including inventory usage, expenses, and activity outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement by participating in training and development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, promotions, or event coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, email).
