• Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and team supervision
• Drive sales and ensure top-tier customer service

• Monitor inventory, merchandising and store presentation
• Use Point of Sale systems to manage transactions and reporting
• Foster a positive and energetic store culture focused on sports and active lifestyles

Requirements

• Three to four years’ experience in the retail industry, including people management
• Tertiary education in Business Management or a related field
• Strong interest in sports and active living
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Point of Sale systems
• Must reside in the Montego Bay area
• Must own a reliable motor vehicle
