Assistant Retail Branch Manager — Montego Bay

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and team supervision
- Drive sales and ensure top-tier customer service
- Train, motivate and manage retail staff
- Monitor inventory, merchandising and store presentation
- Use Point of Sale systems to manage transactions and reporting
- Foster a positive and energetic store culture focused on sports and active lifestyles
Requirements
- Three to four years’ experience in the retail industry, including people management
- Tertiary education in Business Management or a related field
- Strong interest in sports and active living
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Point of Sale systems
- Must reside in the Montego Bay area
- Must own a reliable motor vehicle
