I am a Consultant Psychiatrist in Jamaica with over 40 years experience. I am a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, the American Psychiatric Association and the Jamaica Psychiatric Association. I provide General Psychiatric services as well as being a Whole Person Wellness Consultant and a Lifestyle Coach. I also serve in Jamaica as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor.

My practice targets everyone, including providing psychiatric services for adults in general, older children, adolescents and persons with Psychogeriatric issues.

I deliver individual care, couples and marital therapy, family therapy and group therapy.

My scientific philosophy is that whole person Growth, through healthy lifestyles, leads to Renewal, Overcoming and Wellness, hence our name, “Whole Person Growth Facility”.

As part of providing Mental Health treatment, I use techniques including crisis intervention, cognitive behaviour therapy as well as brief and long term psychodynamic therapy. For patient education, I provide handouts and books.
