Assistant Spa Manager – Royalton Blue Waters

The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Manager in the overall operation and administration of the resort’s Spa & Wellness facilities. The position is responsible for maintaining exceptional guest service, supporting the spa team, monitoring treatment and retail operations, and ensuring compliance with Royalton’s standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Spa Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, Beauty, or Hospitality operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or all-inclusive environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, guest service, and retail sales.
