Assistant Bar Manager – Royalton Negril

The Assistant Bar Manager supports the Bar Manager in the overall operation, supervision, and administration of the bar department. The role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining beverage quality and presentation standards, controlling costs and inventory, and providing effective leadership to the bar team.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is an asset.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bartending or food and beverage operations.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, resort, or similar operation.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
