The Culinary Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering practical and theoretical culinary training programs for chefs, cooks, kitchen associates, and culinary trainees. The position ensures that employees have the technical skills, product knowledge, food-safety awareness, and professional standards required to consistently deliver high-quality food and service.

Requirements

• Diploma, certificate, or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Professional culinary qualification is an advantage.
• Strong practical knowledge of food preparation and professional kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring culinary employees.
