Requirements
- Experience as a Sommelier or Wine Steward (or equivalent experience in the field).
- Knowledge of wines, grape varieties, and appropriate food pairings.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Professional grooming and a pleasant, courteous disposition.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
