Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and responsible individual to join our team as an Office Attendant. If you take pride in maintaining a clean, safe and organized environment, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all office areas, including common areas, workstations, meeting rooms and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and keep floors clean at all times.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies (e.g. toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels).
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Keep pantry/kitchenette areas clean and organized.
• Report any maintenance issues (e.g. leaks, broken equipment, light bulbs) to the appropriate person.
• Assist with setting up meeting rooms and other office spaces as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years and over.
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services (an asset).
• Must be reliable, punctual and honest.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Willing to follow instructions and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
