Location: Montego Bay
Lead branch operations, supervise staff, support customer service excellence, and help grow the branch loan portfolio in a dynamic financial services environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a loan supervisor or in a similar role
- Knowledge of AML and KYC requirements
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- BSc in a related field or a strong loan analysis/review background
