Client Service Representative

The Heart Foundation of Jamaica is seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities

The Client Service Representative will:

• Attend to visitors and manage telephone and in-person enquiries.
• Provide information about the organization to clients and customers.
• Assist customers and patients with their needs.
• Probe calls to reduce unnecessary departmental transfers.
• Deliver a satisfactory customer experience that promotes the organization’s brand.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain the reception area.
• Support health and fundraising events.
• Assist with various Foundation activities while monitoring costs.

Job Requirements

• At least five CXC/CSEC subjects, including Mathematics and English Language.
• At least two years of customer-service experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal, patience and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
