Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in Workforce Management. Applicants should have knowledge of RTA, scheduling, rostering, real-time monitoring, and key WFM metrics.

Candidates must have a proven ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize daily responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office Suite is required.

The successful applicant should thrive in a team-oriented environment and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. They should also have the ability to plan and prioritize tasks of competing priorities.
