Mondays – Bake & BBQ Chicken, S&S Chicken with Bone, Curried Goat, Chinese Roasted Pork, Saulte Salt Mackerel and Salt Fish
Tuesdays – Honey Roasted Chicken, Curried Chicken, Beef Lasagna with Garlic Bread, Jerked Pork Chops, Brown Stewed Sliced Fish and Pumpkin Rice
Wednesdays – Jerk BBQ Chicken, Country Style B/S Chicken, Curried Goat, Beef Stewed Peas, Stewed Pork, Mallah S&S Fish and Gungo Peas
Thursday – Roasted Chicken, Curried Chicken, Curried Snapper Fish Fillet, Stewed Peas (Pigstail) and Vegetable Rice
Friday – Jerked Chicken, Mallah S&S Chicken (Boneless), Curried Goat, Sweet Chilli Peppered Fish, Mallah Pork Chops, Curried/Garlic, Butter Shrimp, Chicken &Shrimp Fried Rice, Herb Potato Wedges and Fried Rice.
