WANTED FOR Immediate Employment – An Executive Assistant to the CEO

One of Jamaica’s premier travel and destination management companies (based in Kingston), seeks to hire an Executive Assistant who is organised, reliable and capable of managing multiple deadlines with minimum supervision, to support our CEO and executive team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full executive and administrative support to the CEO

  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, prepare materials, and track action items

  • Handle confidential correspondence and internal/external communications

  • Assist with travel and cruise bookings, sales follow-ups, and group reservation tracking


Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant executive support experience

  • Diploma in Tourism Management, or Management Studies

  • 2+ years experience in the travel and tourism industry

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and social media tools


The ideal candidate should also be:

  • Knowledgeable of Jamaican and international tourism markets

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn CRM and travel software
