Scotiabank Jamaica how to pay any bill online

STEP 1 - Sign in to Scotia OnLine

Log in to Scotia OnLine

Sign into jm.scotiabank.com
Click on sign in drop down in the top right corner of the page
Click Personal Banking
Enter your card number or username, password and click the “sign in” button to continue

STEP 2 - Sign in verification

Check you emails for your verification code

Step 3 - Select option

You can add a recipient in any of the following sections “Pay a Bill / Transfer to Others / Top Up Mobile”

To add a recipient select the category from the My Account Summary Page.

e.g. to add a new bill select ‘Pay a Bill’

Step 4 - Select the 'Add a recipient' icon

(To right (look at arrow 1) highlighted in pink)
Then press ‘Next’

Step 5 - Select the Payee

Enter the name of the company you which to make a payment to, in the search box provided.
Verify that your information is correct
Then press “NEXT”

Step 7 - Confirm transfer

Verify that your information is correct
press “Confirm”

Step 8 - Select the PAY A BILL option again

Step 9 - Select your payee now

Select the payee from the “My payees” list

(Payees must be added beforehand in order to appear in your Payee options.)

Press “Next”

Step 10 - Enter payment details

Enter the required payment details
From: Select the account you want to make the payment from
Amount: Enter the dollar amount you would like to pay,
Frequency – use if you want to make recurring payment
Date – Select the date for future payments
Press ‘Next”
