David Persaud Investments Ltd has been in operation for over 33 years. We are distributors of high quality building materials. We began business in property sales and rental, however, seven years later we transitioned to the importation and supply of construction building materials. Today, we provide our clients with materials needed to build strong, durable buildings. We sell: Steel products, Ceramics, Sanitary ware, PVC plumbing, Tiles, Fittings, Locks, General hardware tools and supplies. We’ve established business partnerships with several international suppliers of good repute around the world. And, locally and across the region, we are the major distributors of plywood, paint and cement products from companies such as Barama, Torginol and Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL). We’ve also been contracted to supply building materials for several Government of Guyana projects. In addition to this, we’ve supplied materials to international corporations. We’ve worked with China Harbour Engineering Company on the Cheddi Jagan International Airport and Sinohydro Corporation Limited for the Sheriff Street as well as the Mandela Road improvement project. Our warehouse at Le Ressouvenir has the capacity to address the needs of all of our valued customers.
