Fit For Life Health Service located upstairs Fit for life Health Club in Spiceland Mall, Grand Anse, St George is staffed by physicians with specialised training in General /Family Medicine and Surgical procedures. We offer a holistic medical care service with experienced surgeons, specialized doctors, nurses, pharmacist and nutritionist in the ambulatory management of all our patients.

Our services included internal medicine, dermatology, general surgery, orthopaedics, psychiatry and neurology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, cardiology, obstetrics and gynaecology, physiotherapy, rapid test, acupuncture, nutritional services etc.

We do basic procedures-food handlers certificates, short/ long medical, medical report, urinalysis-dipstick, glucose test- finger stick, pregnancy test, ECG, ultrasound, phlebotomy services, foreign body removal-eye and ear, dressing- simple and complex, pap smear, fundoscopy, vaginal penile swab, wound swab, throat swab, IUD placement, IV/IM administration, IV fluid administration, nebulization, splinting backstab placement, regular vaginal examination, prostate examination, urinary catheter placement- change . In our brand new operating theatre, our in-house surgeon performs minor to intermediate surgical procedures onsite.

We also do laboratory tests- haematology, immune haematology, chemistry test – regular and special, hormonal /markers profiles, coagulation studies, serologic tests, virology, parasitology, pathology, urinalysis and MORE. Pharmaceutical service is also available. Appointments are recommended, but we accommodate walk-ins, outpatients and emergency patients and visit homes, hotels, and yachts.
