Waterfront Restaurant Provides: Breakfast A choice of continental or full American style breakfast with eggs and omlettes, made to order is available from 7:00am till 10:00am daily Start your morning with a glass of freshly made juice of the day and top it off with our locally made freshly brewed, coffee. Lunch:- Buffet Lunch is served from Mondays to Fridays, 12 noon till 2:30pm. The Chef ‘s Specials change daily, to include locally grown foods and vegetables of organic origin, resulting in the perfect traditional local lunch. Dinner: Offering Al Fresco dining from 7:00pm till 10:00pm, the Waterfront Restaurant includes the dinning option of sitting on the verandah overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea or the air-conditioned comfort of the inside . This fine dinning option is available from Tuesday to Thursday. An International Buffet with a Creole twist is offered every Monday in the Bala’s Bar and Courtyard. We welcome our guests to the Manager’s Cocktail Party from 6:00pm to 7:00pm accompanied by live Steel Pan music throught the entire evening Unwind on a Friday night at our Surf n Turf and enjoy our freshly grilled imported Steaks and freshly caught sea food, selection of salads and desserts from 6:30pm till 10:00pm. Boardwalk Cafe Bar: This bar is open from 10am – 6pm on Cruise Ship Days and offers a variety of tropical drinks and light snacks along a boardwalk overlooking the Caribbean Sea coastline. Conveniently located close to the Waterfront restaurant, the tropical waterfall and the Hotel’s shopping complex. The Boardwalk Bar also features the island’s best Friday Night happy hour with special Happy Hour prices from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, and entertainment till 10:30pm. A selection of grilled snack items are also offered. Balas Bar & Courtyard: The Balas Bar & Courtyard, centrally located in the heart of the hotel features international and tropical drinks from 10:00am to 11:00pm daily. A snack menu is served from 11:00am till 10:00pm. Don’t for get to try our featured drink of the day!
