• Construction drawings, inclusive of everything from plans to architectural and millwork details.
• Project budgets and schedules to ensure projects stay on track.
• Furniture specification documents and procurement services.
• Liaising with the department of planning to procure building permits.
• Tendering for contractors and preparing related documentation and coordination with
contractors.
• Project management.
