Rosan Law is a legal practice established under the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Rosan Law is lead by its founder and head of Chambers Charmaine Rosan-Bunbury. Attorney Rosan- Bunbury was called to the Bar of Eastern Caribbean (British Virgin Islands) in 2001
having been called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2001 by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple after completing a Bar Vocational Course from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle upon Tyne, England, United Kingdom
and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom.Attorney Rosan-Bunbury also holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (with a concentration in Small Business Management) from the University of the Virgin Islands in 1997. During her studies at the University of the Virgin Islands she was made a member of the Golden Key Honour Society.

Attorney Rosan-Bunbury held positions in the Attorney General’s Chambers of the Government of the British Virgin Islands as Crown Counsel and Crown Prosecutor and was also appointed Magistrate and Deputy Coroner of the Territory of the British Virgin Islands. Attorney Rosan-Bunbury was the first national full time Magistrate of the Territory. Attorney Rosan-Bunbury is a Notary Public and Commissioner Oaths. Attorney Rosan-Bunbury brings a wealth of legal knowledge and practical experience to Rosan Law.
