In addition to end-to-end recruitment solutions, Ballast & Capel also provides a comprehensive range of advisory services. This includes psychometric testing, career coaching and counselling, immigration and labour code requirements, market analysis, compensation benchmarking and payroll services.

Ballast & Capel uses a range of search and selection techniques to deliver quality results. This includes traditional media advertising, our link to local news and job site BVI Platinum, as well as social media platforms and professional networking. We build on the strong relationships we have developed to deliver quickly and efficiently on every assignment we undertake. We strongly believe in doing what we promise, and doing it well. We have over twenty years of experience in providing these services both locally and internationally. This legacy has enabled us to develop an extensive overseas network as well as a deep understanding of the available talent pools and applicable labour laws. Elsi Industries-Bailey
Elsi Industries-Bailey works for Ballast and Capel Business Consulting as our Office Manager and Recruiting specialist. Elsi brings to the table certification and current membership with the Society for Human Resource Management along with several years in corporate administration. In addition, she obtained her Certification from the Urban Business Academy Institute in Entrepreneurship. Elsi is also a member and Secretary 2016/2017 of The Tortola Toastmasters Club. As a form furthering her education, she is currently undertaken her Bachelors Degree in HRM. With Customer Service skills “par excellence”, she combines her business acumen to ensure you as a customer of B&C receive timely feedback with the results you require for your business needs – namely qualified candidates, along with the results expected in a detailed and fast-paced environment of Human Capital Management strategies. Elsi is bilingual in Spanish and English giving room to a diverse Latin American, Caribbean and Global base. Elsi’s personal interest is in satisfying the client’s needs and exceeding her customer’s expectations.
