Company: Ping’s Fabrics – “The Real Fabric Store” Position: Store Supervisor – Portmore
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customers are being addressed, identifying buy signals, and coordinating sales reps.
- Deploying staff to all areas of the store, especially in peak times.
- Overseeing stocking of the floor and storeroom alerts.
- Handling customer queries, phone calls, and disgruntled customers.
- Observing cashiers, doing reconciliations and balancing.
- Ensuring cleanliness and opening/closing the store.
- Following Occupational Health & Safety procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years supervisory experience.
- High integrity, credibility, and confidentiality.
- Supervisory Management certificate.
