Company: Ping’s Fabrics – “The Real Fabric Store” Position: Store Supervisor – Portmore

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring customers are being addressed, identifying buy signals, and coordinating sales reps.
• Deploying staff to all areas of the store, especially in peak times.
• Overseeing stocking of the floor and storeroom alerts.
• Handling customer queries, phone calls, and disgruntled customers.
• Observing cashiers, doing reconciliations and balancing.
• Ensuring cleanliness and opening/closing the store.
• Following Occupational Health & Safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• High integrity, credibility, and confidentiality.
• Supervisory Management certificate.
