Position: Store Supervisor / Manager

Join our team at Ferguson Food Fair!

We are looking for a responsible, experienced and trustworthy person to oversee the daily operations of our supermarket.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations.
• Supervise and manage staff (including cashiers).
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage stock, inventory and ordering.
• Receive, check-in and stock goods.
• Operate/assist at the cashier when needed.
• Handle cash control, bank deposits and daily reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe store environment.
• Ensure the store runs smoothly and profitably.
• Treat the business as your own.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role (retail/supermarket preferred).
• Cashier experience is a MUST.
• Knowledge of stock control, inventory and ordering.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Honest, reliable and trustworthy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• A positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.
