QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A first degree in Education & Leadership or other related field (Masters of Education in Leadership is preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years teaching experience with key leadership/supervisory roles.
• Meets all standard Ministry of Education requirements for appointment at the secondary level.
• A practicing Seventh-day Adventist who understands and supports the fundamentals of Adventist Christian Education.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage resources, foster a positive learning environment and promote holistic development.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide visionary leadership to advance the academy and the spiritual and holistic development of students.
• Promote and uphold the mission, values and philosophy of Adventist Christian Education.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, discipline and service.
• Build strong relationships with staff, students, parents and the wider community.
• Ensure effective management of curriculum, resources, compliance and school operations.
