Farm Operation Supervisor

The Farm Operation Supervisor has overall responsibility in ensuring that the farm operates efficiently, safely, productively and profitably.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor health and welfare of the livestock
• Monitor breeding activity and schedule
• Staff engagement
• Assist with artificial insemination process
• Coordinating the smooth day-to-day operation

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Associate Degree in Animal Science, Farm Management or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in farm operation

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership abilities
• Demonstrate initiative
• Professional, punctual and reliable
