Sales Associate

Duties

• Achieve established goals and increase store sales.
• Generate customer orders.
• Introduce promotional opportunities to customers.
• Handle customer queries and customer visits.
• Cross-sell products to increase sales.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• One to two years of sales and customer-service experience.

• Customer-service oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Alert and willing to adapt.
• Courteous and self-motivated.
• Able to demonstrate initiative.
• Punctual and reliable.
