Job Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor the needs of boys in care
• Develop and implement individual care plans
• Maintain accurate case notes and records
• Advocate for the residents’ best interests and well-being

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or a related field
• Experience working with children, families and communities
• Minimum of two years’ experience in social work
• Passionate about working with children
