We Need You If You Have

• Extensive café experience across pastries, fast food, shakes and other products
• Strong operational knowledge of the practices and protocols needed to keep a café running smoothly
• Leadership skills to train, guide and motivate team members during busy periods
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues before they affect customers

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and uphold quality standards
• Manage food and beverage preparation across multiple service lines
• Enforce health, safety and customer-service protocols
• Coach team members and help maintain strong morale
• Assist wherever needed, from the POS system to the pastry display
