• Strong operational knowledge of the practices and procedures required to keep a café running smoothly.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, guide and motivate team members during busy periods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues before they affect customers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and maintain quality standards.
• Manage food and beverage preparation across multiple service lines.
• Enforce health, safety and customer-service procedures.
• Coach team members and help maintain positive morale.
• Assist wherever needed, from the point-of-sale system to the pastry display.
