- Extensive café experience across pastries, fast food, shakes and other menu items.
- Strong operational knowledge of the practices and procedures required to keep a café running smoothly.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, guide and motivate team members during busy periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues before they affect customers.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and maintain quality standards.
- Manage food and beverage preparation across multiple service lines.
- Enforce health, safety and customer-service procedures.
- Coach team members and help maintain positive morale.
- Assist wherever needed, from the point-of-sale system to the pastry display.
