• 3 years experience in an Early Childhood Institution

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Jamaican education system and standards
• Commitment to student success and staff development
• Ability to work collaboratively with the board, staff, parents and the community
