On behalf of our client, a leading player in Jamaica’s baked goods industry, we are seeking an experienced:
Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead nationwide sales operations
- Grow revenue and market share
- Optimize sales routes and productivity
- Launch new products into trade
- Reduce returns and waste through better forecasting
- Proven experience operating and leading within a direct sales distribution (DSD) / route-to-market (RTM) system, including routes, call cycles, and field execution
Requirements & Experience:
- 7+ years FMCG Sales Experience
- Bakery / Food Category Expertise
- Strong leadership & strategic skills
- Proven track record of performance
Education:
BSc in Business, Marketing, Management or related field preferred
Location:
Kingston-based / Island-wide territory
