On behalf of our client, a leading player in Jamaica’s baked goods industry, we are seeking an experienced:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead nationwide sales operations
• Grow revenue and market share
• Optimize sales routes and productivity
• Launch new products into trade
• Reduce returns and waste through better forecasting
• Proven experience operating and leading within a direct sales distribution (DSD) / route-to-market (RTM) system, including routes, call cycles, and field execution

Requirements & Experience:

• 7+ years FMCG Sales Experience
• Bakery / Food Category Expertise
• Strong leadership & strategic skills
• Proven track record of performance

Education:
BSc in Business, Marketing, Management or related field preferred

Location:
Kingston-based / Island-wide territory
