CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES

• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Issue receipts, start the refund process, credits, and changes to customers accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to assist customers efficiently.
• Other duties assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum four (4) CSEC/CXC subjects, including English, Mathematics, and/or Accounts.
• Prior knowledge and experience in Customer Service and Cashiering.
• Excellent communication skills.
