• Lead and motivate team members
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support team members in daily operations
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
• Allocate tasks and create employee schedules
• Monitor sales performance and operational metrics
• Receive, process, and organize shipments
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with policies
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with training and developing team members

Requirements:

• Previous retail supervisory or leadership experience required
• Experience in inventory management
• Experience in scheduling and workforce management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
